Appearance: Plain dark brown, 15-rectangle pre-broken mold. Somehow sleek & stylish.
Smell: Decidedly earthy with sweet cocoa undertones; some mossiness finishes it off.
The Melt & Snap: Okay melt & soft snap.
Taste: Dark start with some cocoa-y smoothness giving way to light nutty overtones and a short finish with just a quick snap of tannins. No bitterness.
Complaints & Complements: This is very lightly-flavoured, and my opinion well-done. The outside is elegant and even tasted very French— I was surprised to discover that there was no added cocoa butter.
