Appearance: Very light brown with an almost reddish tint. Plain mold.
Smell: Strong sweet cocoa, almost like a milk chocolate. Slight woody undertones.
The Melt & Snap: Wonderful melt & decent snap.
Taste: Some deeper savoury wood tones give way to a beautiful melt into light berry tones. Sweeter berries, too, like ripe strawberries. Lingering creamy finish with some tannin.
Complaints & Complements: The Pump Street Bakery packaging is infallibly beautiful, and ingenious in that it is only one resealable piece.
