Ingredients: Organic Cacao, Organic Cane Sugar.
Appearance: plain thick square and a rather light brown color.
Smell: woody, spicy cocoa.
The Melt & Snap: great melt & great snap.
Taste: bready, then it breaks into sweetness and a slick thick cocoa, almost fruity until it turns into tannins, though it is admittedly an ignorable dryness.
Complaints & Complements: this is a very smooth bar with a beautiful aesthetic and intriguing evolution of flavors; my only complaint is the tannins at the end.
