Ingredients: Cocoa beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (0.1%)

Appearance: Plain dark brown color with a square mold and stylized centered “Å.”
Aroma: Ambrosial cocoa smell, delectable from across a room; a bit woody, with undertones of dried red fruits.
Melt & Snap: Nice strong snap & good melt.
Flavor: Starts melty with strong cocoa, and then goes savoury with a bit of wood, hitting an unexpected chocolate frosting note at the end- very pleasant and not bitter at all! Those red fruits never make an appearance, however.
Complaints & Complements: Not that there was much to put back, but the paper packaging outside made a nice home for the last few bites of this bar. As always, a stunning and classic outside, a sure hit at parties!
