Bar: São Tomé e Príncipe (75%)
Maker: Claudio Corallo (São Tomé e Príncipe)
Price: $GIFT (Chocolátl, The Netherlands)
Overall Rating: 8.5/10
Munch Factor: 6/10
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, Sugar

Appearance: My bar had melted in transit at some point, hence the bloom in the photos. Lighter brown color with a smooth rectangular mold.
Aroma: Strong raw cocoa smell, close to the earth and maybe a little bit fruity.
Melt & Snap: Nice snap, but near-impossible melt.
Flavor: A bit of an unfinished texture is what I first noted, but then a raw cocoa flavor and a softening into peanut and almond, with no bitterness at all. Undertones of earthiness, and a beautiful nutty finish.
Complaints & Complements: The bar is SO hard to open. Seriously a struggle. But, it was very delicious, and I (and my household) truly appreciate the fact that there are two 25g bars in the package.
