*Nathan Miller Chocolate Ghana 70%

Sharing is caring!

Bar: Ghana 70%
Maker: Nathan Miller Chocolate (Pennsylvania, USA)
Price:  $10.50/56g (The Meadow in NYC)
Overall Rating:
Munch Factor:
Organic Cacao Beans and Organic Cane Sugar.

Appearance: 20-block plain pre-broken mold with good temper and unremarkable medium brown color.
Aroma: very earthy cocoa.
Melt & Snap: okay melt & good snap.
Flavor: sweet; bitterness enters lightly before cocoa. A fudgey texture and flavor comes together as the chocolate finally gives into a melt and a short, sweet finish.
Complaints & Complements: this is very straight-forward chocolate, and good, too. It’s above-average, but not remarkable in any other way beyond being a great, robust chocolate bar with expected flavors.
Context: sitting in my climate-controlled house in the US.
