Appearance: plain 12-block pre-broken mold and rather dark brown color.
Aroma: super bright red fruits and strangely not much else.
Melt & Snap: good melt & great snap.
Flavor: bright red fruits from the beginning and then soft melt into some cocoa and bitterness with a continued acidic flair. Finish is fruity & distinct.
Complaints & Complements: Overall, I really like this bar. It’s well done and the flavors and prominent and distinct while maintaining transiency and allowing the bar to flow; I only wish I had more of it.
Context: in a hot apartment in Mexico in front of a fan, lying on my bed (bar has melted and re-solidified in the fridge.
