BarBolivia 90%
Maker: Zotter (Riegersburg, Austria)
Price: $7.95/70g (Bright River Chocolate, Online US Retailer)
Overall Rating: 7/10
Munch Factor: 2/10
Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Mass, Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Salt

Appearance: Dark, but with a somewhat dull shine; embossed “Labooko” logo. Two 35-gram bars.
Aroma: Very sweet cocoa, a bit messy; some bitter woody undertones.
Melt & Snap: Hard melt & hard snap.
Flavor: Sweet cocoa with undertones of wood; bitter, astringent cocoa-y finish.
Complaints & Complements: I like the Zotter packaging, as always; it’s beautiful for gifts. Maybe a bit more refining could have mellowed out the astringency? It’d be good for baking, but not at this price.
