  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened 240g
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 120g
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 120g
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed 100g
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder 40g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips 90g

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar, mixing on low speed until combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated and the dip is fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up a bit.
