Appearance: Pre-broken block mold with stylized Pralus signature in large block on the bottom.
Smell: Dark sweet cocoa, like you’d expect if walking into a fancy chocolate shop; fruity undertones.
The Melt & Snap: Perfect melt & passable snap.
Taste: Caramel, and then sweet cocoa and some bright acid, still pleasantly within the realm of tasting note. A second taste brings a bit of bitterness near the end, with a short sweet finish.
Complaints & Complements: The aluminum foil is great. The beans are decidedly different with the addition of sugar— much more pleasant!
