Appearance: Branded stylized mold and very dark color with visible lumps on the back of the bar.
Smell: Very sweet and dark with a hint of wood; honestly, unremarkable and difficult to describe as anything other than couverture chocolate.
The Melt & Snap: nice melt & good snap.
Taste: The first identifiable note is a chocolate-covered raisin, though the slightly fatty mouthfeel is nicely complemented by the crunch of the nibs.
Complaints & Complements: The rating may make this bar seem bad. It’s not. It’s just completely plain, as it seems was the point, since this bar is often used in baking (albeit without the nibs).
