Bar: Ecuador Camino Verde (85%)
Maker: Palette De Bine (Canada)
Price: $GIFT (Chocolátl, The Netherlands)
Overall Rating: 6.5/10
Munch Factor: 2/10
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, Sugar
Appearance: Dark brown with a dull shine; applaudable molding.
Aroma: Woodsy deep cocoa and a hint of spiciness.
Melt & Snap: Soft snap and a hard melt.
Flavor: Starts off bitter, then melts into a cocoa sweetness with a bitter finish that lasts awhile.
Complaints & Complements: Love the envelope design and plank mold, but don’t like the plastic inner-packaging. Very straight-forward dark chocolate, but pretty bitter for my taste.
