Appearance: Plain dark brown color with nondescript rectangular mold with tiny pre-broken rectangles.
Aroma: Sweet, straight forward cocoa. Maybe some earthy undertones, but that could just be the packaging.
Melt & Snap: Beautiful melt & hard snap.
Flavor: A bit of that earthiness and then severe sweetness, melting thoroughly into dark cocoa, while never losing that sweetness. Moderate & sweet finish with no bitterness and a just a hint of tannin.
Complaints & Complements: Hate that it’s not resealable, since it’s such a big bar, but I appreciate the pre-broken mold.
